Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum personal information needed to book and deliver sessions, and we never sell your data.
Information we collect
Account holder name, email address, and phone number; the participant's first name and age; booking details such as session type, date, and time; and payment records. We do not ask for sensitive personal, medical, or health information, and we ask participants not to share it.
How we use it
Your information is used only to schedule and deliver sessions, process payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, and share session summaries or action plans with the account holder. We do not use your information for advertising and we never sell it to third parties.
Who processes it
Bookings are scheduled through Cal.com, payments are processed securely by Stripe, and sessions take place on Google Meet. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies and security standards. We never see or store your full payment card details.
Storage & retention
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and tax obligations in Canada. Session notes, where kept, are stored securely and are accessible only to the mentor.
Young people's privacy
For participants under 18, the parent or guardian is the account holder. We collect only the young person's first name and age, and session-related communication goes to the parent or guardian's contact details.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to records we must keep by law.
