Meet your mentor
Real-World Experience. Real Conversations.
I'm not here to tell young people how to live their lives.
I'm here to listen, ask good questions, share perspective when it's useful, and help them think through what comes next.
My perspective comes from several important parts of my life.

Professional Sales Executive
Years in professional sales taught me that communication starts with listening. Sales and leadership have meant understanding people, asking better questions, building confidence, navigating difficult conversations, and solving problems.
Entrepreneur
Entrepreneurship teaches lessons that aren't always found in a classroom: taking calculated risks, dealing with rejection, adapting when things don't work, and solving problems creatively.
Father
Being a father has reinforced something important: young people don't always need another adult telling them what to do. Sometimes they need an adult willing to genuinely listen.
Canadian Perspective
Based in Canada and committed to creating a respectful, inclusive environment for young people from different backgrounds and experiences.
"I won't always have the answer. But I'll listen carefully, ask questions, share what I've learned, and help you work toward your own answer."
You Don't Need to Have Everything Figured Out.
Sometimes the first step isn't finding the answer. It's finding someone willing to listen.
LISTEN → PLAN → FOLLOW UP
