Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time using the link in your booking confirmation email. Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not refundable, except at our discretion in genuine emergencies.
Missed sessions
If you miss a session without notice, the session is considered used and is not refundable. If the mentor ever has to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
How to cancel
Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or contact us through the contact page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
